Exchanges
We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential, and are pleased to offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to the following conditions: exchanges are subject to inventory availability, and due to the limited nature of our collections we cannot guarantee your desired size will be in stock; exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order; only one exchange is permitted per original order.
Returns
We do not issue refunds. All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and your order information.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for a size exchange, the returned item must be unworn and unused, showing no signs of wear, alteration, or washing, and free of any fragrance, makeup, or deodorant marks. All original tags, packaging, and authenticity details must remain fully intact and attached. The item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Customized & Made-to-Measure Pieces
All customized, personalised, and made-to-measure pieces are final sale. Because these garments are crafted to your unique specifications, they cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
